I love toyota I i didn't like how nikki handled our transaction. It was like she was not listening to us at all. We constantly had to come back to pick up the car. The car still was not ready after a f transaction. It was like she was not listening to us at all. We constantly had to come back to pick up the car. The car still was not ready after a full day. There was still trash in the car from the previous owner and there was no maintenance or anything done to the car that says it's bring. More

We had a rough start with miscommunication over a 4Runner we drove 3.5 hours for, only to find it had already been sold. Thankfully, Billy and Nikki went above and beyond to make things right and ensured thi we drove 3.5 hours for, only to find it had already been sold.
