Was given an appt. but never given an estimated time of how long the work might take. Chris someone, a "manager" "cashed me out" at Nicole request because she was help but never given an estimated time of how long the work might take. Chris someone, a "manager" "cashed me out" at Nicole request because she was helping another customer. he was rude and wouldn't answer my question about why I had not been given an estimated time of how long the service might take. I just wanted to get a sense of whether I'll need to leave the car all day for a simple 9 AM oil change. I understand that there are other cars in the cue but estimating work-flow for all vehicles should be part a service center's business model. More
