I have already replied to a survey regarding a $275 analytics charge that was supposed to be deleted from my invoice (I was even given a new invoice) but the full charge was still applied to my bank ca analytics charge that was supposed to be deleted from my invoice (I was even given a new invoice) but the full charge was still applied to my bank card and has not been credited back to my account although its been 3 weeks.
