The experience of getting my vehicle serviced using my top tier EasyCare warranty was a nightmare. Passing the buck between dealership and EC to figure out who was going to pay (certainly not me!) and hours spent chasing the Service Manager and ops staff to return my calls and solve the issue. It was never solved after 18 months of continuous trying. I just gave my business for a brand new SUV to another brand and another dealership because this experience left a horrible taste in my mouth. More

Salesman was good, finance guy was good, but sales manager was definitely not. They advertised a sale that wasn’t really going on, lowballed the trade so bad we almost left before even negotiating.
