Nick Cavallin provided a very low pressure auto buying experience. He listened to what I was looking for in a new Ford Fussion (as far as model, options and color). He did not try to talk me into someth experience. He listened to what I was looking for in a new Ford Fussion (as far as model, options and color). He did not try to talk me into something I was not interested in. He was very knowlegeable on the 2012 Fusion (and my 2002 Taurus trade-in). He continued to checkup on me while I was meeting with the "trade-in" and auto loan staff. Nick also provided me with rides to and from the dealership. Over all the Shakopee staff was very profesional and efficient. The entire new car sale, finacial loan and trade-in process was under four hours. When I picked up the car Nick went through a final fuctional check list with me and has followed up on the sale with a couple of e-mails. The Shakopee detail staff did an excellent job preparing the car for pick up. It was very clean both inside and out. I'll be back to Apple Ford Shakoppe for my next car. More

This is the second vehicle we have bought from Nick, and once again, he did an outstanding job!!! We looked at several vehicles similar to new Ford Escape to compare, comfort level with Nick and the Ford product, were deciding factors that brought us back to Nick and Apple Ford-Shakopee. More

Ilaisa Taloa was helpful in assisting me to better understand the different warranty upgrades and in getting my payments where they needed to be. I have not yet brought my F-150 in to complete the upgraded work, but Mike Secord was very efficient in contacting me to set up the service appointment. I look forward to working with this group at Apple Ford / Shakopee in the years to come. More

Nick Cavallin is a very good salesmen.He was outside and said may I help you,I said yes I need a car that runs,you see my Ford Focus had died,it was 11 years old and I was not going to put any more money in said may I help you,I said yes I need a car that runs,you see my Ford Focus had died,it was 11 years old and I was not going to put any more money in to it. He said I might have a car you like on the showroom floor,so we went inside.He showed me the Ford Fusion,it is a little bigger then my Focus,but more room,so I got it .I really like it.Nick is a good person to buy a car from.I only by Fords because my Dad worked at Ford for 30 years.
