Lack of Accountability I want to qualify my response. I would recommend the dealership for a quality selection. I also would recommend you work with my sales professional, Nick. Great guy, professional and personable. Knows the products. My issue is with the accountability after the sale. Less than 10 miles down the road after I picked up the SUV, used...certainly not a new rig...the rear passenger side tire pressure warning light came on. I had purchased the vehicle knowing that I would have my mechanic check it out and if there was an issue I would connect with the dealer. My mechanic found it was a faulty sensor. The cost to fix was approx $140. I told him to fix it as I was sure they would reimburse me for something so simple. Two weeks later...after multiple attempts to get this simple thing taken care of...no reimbursement. They did offer to have me bring the SUV to them....but living 30 miles away...just not worth the time and effort for a simple deal. At least I thought so. Again, this is a simple thing...but did want to share. My hunch is somewhere internally at the dealer they got caught up in the issue of "who should cover it, sales...service, etc." Again...be careful as they didn't impress me with the serice-after-the-sale. More

She offered to even come to the Apple Valley store to look at the trucks we wanted to see if it was easier for us, since we live in Lakeville. Rondakae brought two trucks over to the Shakopee store for us to view and between Rondakae and Joan answered all of our lease questions, which were many since we had never leased a vehicle. We also enjoyed dealing with Kal for the accessory we purchased. He explained it well and was extremely friendly and helpful. Paul Talbot was extremely fair on the price for our trade and we appreciated his honest and friendly disposition. Overall we did not have any pressure, which is something we really appreciate when purchasing a vehicle at a dealership. Sales Consultants Cathy Borgman, Nick Cavallin, and Sales Manager Ryan McCormick addressed every concern we had, especially those regarding after-market additions made to the vehicle. Cathy Borgman was our primary consultant and went the extra mile to assure that we would be satisfied with our purchase. When we initially decided against the purchase due to the after-market muffler and dual exhaust installed by the previous owner, Cathy and Ryan arranged to restore the truck to its factory exhaust system. Nick educated us on other after-market add ons that are highly desireable features. We are extremely grateful for their assistance, as the truck has every other option we wanted. Had Cathy, Nick, and Ryan not addressed our concerns to the degree that they did, we would not have purchased the truck. They expressed themselves with a friendly and professional demeanor that never approached the hard-sell gimmicks used elsewhere.
