Normally a professional would've taped and covered everything before applying the coating. Clearly the person that did it is an absolute idiot. I want new running boards from ford for free and a full refund of the labor installment of the running boards and undercoating cost refunded. More

I had originally given a 1 star rating based on poor customer service and the issue with my vehicle was not supported well. I would have given this a 5 star rating since everything is good now but I was the one that still had to call 2 or 3 times to follow up on the situation.
