Very impressed with the customer service can honestly say the best I've ever dealt with. Ther communication was excellent and was able to work with me on my crazy work hours. Had running boards installed. Got the undercoating done. Undercoating was poorly applied. Normally a professional would've taped and covered everything before applying the coating. Clearly the person that did it is an absolute idiot. I want new running boards from ford for free and a full refund of the labor installment of the running boards and undercoating cost refunded. More

I had originally given a 1 star rating based on poor customer service and the issue with my vehicle was not supported well.
