We had an awful experience at Mountain View Ford. Our salesman was uncommunicative and lost out on 2 other Ford sales because he would not respond to messages or reach out to someone who was lookin Our salesman was uncommunicative and lost out on 2 other Ford sales because he would not respond to messages or reach out to someone who was looking to buy a vehicle. We had to reach out to the service department ourselves to get answers about the vehicle we were purchasing. Our salesman also told the financing department that we were putting down a monetary down payment on the vehicle when we had told him no less than 3 times that we were not. We got a great deal, but all the hassle made it almost not worth it. Would not buy from them in the future. More
