Shannon was awesome. Got me in a few minutes early. Finished on time. Even had coffee together. I don’t feel like a number at Button’s. Shannon makes me feel like famil Got me in a few minutes early. Finished on time. Even had coffee together. I don’t feel like a number at Button’s. Shannon makes me feel like family. Always has. My technician was kind, informing, and friendly. And friendly being the most important. Again he treated me like family, not just a person coming through an assembly line for some type of service. I’m meticulous, a perfectionist, hard to please. Believe me if I’m pleased with their attitudes and work, and I emphasize attitude, then they are on their game. A “10” for Shannon Dillion and same for my technician. David Rish More
