This was our first experience at Phillips. Our favorite person ever, John Smidt invited us over to the dealership. I've been wanting to get back into an SUV. Then we met Joe Hamdan, he took us for a test drive and we loved it. Joe was very helpful and a joy to work with. So.....we decided to trade in our Lexus. Next we met Mike Darge, very nice guy as well. Ryan Swindle, I found out after the fact, went to school with my daughter. Ryan, I knew your name was familiar. Onward to Phil Jarad. At this point I've spent a great deal of quality time with the Phillips team. Phil was great as he worked on up selling me. (Mike, Phil needs a new printer!) All in all, for the experience, all be it long, was fun to get to know everyone. Phillips is very blessed to have John Smidt on the team! He changed our minds from years of driving Lexus vehicles to new Chevy owners! The Beery's look forward to our new relationship with Phillips. More

On Thursday 25 April 2013 I went to Phillips Chevrolet to look at a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado that was listed on their website as in stock. I initially met with Mike Darge who was able to locate the vehi look at a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado that was listed on their website as in stock. I initially met with Mike Darge who was able to locate the vehicle and let myself and my fiance take it for a test drive. After having completed the test drive I was quoted a price, which was well below the Dealership MSRP. Mr. Darge also quoted me a trade in value for my 2000 Chevy Silverado as $2500. While speaking with Mr. Darge I was introduced to Mike Maheras, GM, who was polite friendly and also answered questions I had. Mr. Darge then handed us off to Joe Hamdan, Sales, who finished the sales transaction and explained in details the features of the vehicle and gave us a tour of the facility to include parts department and customer service areas. Mr. Hamdan and Mr. Darge worked to get the payment down to a mutually acceptable level. Mr. Hamdan also helped move personal items from my older Silverado to the new one after the transaction was completed. I sat down with Albion Balaj and discussed aftermarket otpions and decided on a remote starter for the vehicle. Mr. Balaj was able to set up the appointment to have it installed an offered to drive me home on the day the vehicle is dropped off and offered to pick me back up after the work had been completed. After choosing aftemarket options I was introduced to Matthew Braley who completed the financing paper work. I would say the staff at Phillips Chevrolet were very friendly professional and efficient. I did not find anyone who was pushy or was not willing to answer or clarify any questions that I had. The overall process of purchasing a new vehicle at Phillips Chevrolet was a very good experience and I would recommend them to others who are considering the purchase of a vehicle in the future. More
