I planned on going to 3 dealerships to secure a great deal and bring home the Volt that day. I first stopped at Phillips Chevrolet because I have heard good things about their overall buying experience. I was greeted by salesman Hani Sahoury. I told him I was there to look at a blue volt that I called the day before about to verify it was there before I came in that day. Hani looked around and 10-15 min later told me they found it but it had 2000 miles on it. I was a little upset because I verified the day before it was brand new and available. I was ready to go to dealership # 2 when Michael Maheras, a manager came out to greet me and apologize about the situation. I was a little taken back because Michael's demeanor was very friendly. Something I wasn't used to after my last 4-5 car purchases. He immediately located another Volt on the lot with more options than the one I originally planned on looking at and said he would get me a great deal on it. He was confident that a deal would be reached that day, showing me that they were serious about earning my business. I usually trade in a car every two years and fight for every penny making the negotiating process look like a boxing match. I can honestly say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in the last 5 years! Michael fought for a great rate for me as well, there was no posturing to get every last dollar. We both had a bottom line to meet, but it was a very respectful negotiating process which made the deal. I purchased 4 vehicles from Saturn of Tinley park when they were around because of the same experience. Phillips Chevrolet will continue to receive my business from now on. A+++ dealership. Thank-you Michael Maheras and Hani Sahoury, I appreciate you guys making my experience appositive one! And by the way, I LOVE my Volt!!! I purchased a used 2011 2SS Camaro from a non-Chevrolet dealership in Chicago. According to the Car Fax I received with the automobile, the original destination for the car, when new, was Phllips Chevrolet dealership in Chicago. I contacted Phillips to see if I would be able to get a copy of the window sticker that came with the car. I had the great fortune of being transferred to Mike Maheras. Mike was very personable, professional and extremely HELPFUL!!!! He emailed me copies of the build sheet they had for my car immediately!! I was so pleased to get that information. Mike called me back a day or two later to let me know they were unable to get a copy of the window sticker because the car was over a year old. I thanked Mike for his efforts over and over as I was thrilled to get at least the build sheet for the car. Lo and behold about two weeks later, Mike called me to let me know they did get a copy of the sticker and he would forward it on to me. I can't tell you how great that feels to have someone go out of their way to help me like that!!!! I can't thank Mike enough for all that he does. I will make it a point to have my car serviced at Phillips even though I live on the northwest side of the city!!!! Mike earned my business!!!! Thank you! More

For two months my boyfriend and I talked about getting a car and spent a lot of time researching all of our options. Last Thursday we went into Phillips Chevrolet just to look. We knew we were very interest car and spent a lot of time researching all of our options. Last Thursday we went into Phillips Chevrolet just to look. We knew we were very interested in the Chevy Cruze. We thought we would only be able to afford a used car, so we looked at a few 2012s. Henry King was our salesman and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We test drove a brand new 2013 Cruze and he showed us all of the awesome features the car had to offer. We instantly fell in love with this car. When we sat down to talk about numbers Mike Maheras also helped us out. Him and Henry both made us feel so comfortable with our decision and helped work out a deal that we just couldn't pass up! Neither Henry or Mike ever got impatient with us, even though I was quite the pain. They answered all of our questions and never tried to push anything on us. They made our experience amazing and I would definitely recommend anyone interested in buying a new car to Phillips Chevrolet! Most people say going to the car dealership is such a headache but our experience was the opposite. We could not be more excited or happier with our new car! Thanks again to Henry and Mike!! More
