Came in a few years back to purchase a vehicle. Had some issues with that vehicle and decided it was time to get something new. Stopped in a month ago to get some general numbers and at the time th Had some issues with that vehicle and decided it was time to get something new. Stopped in a month ago to get some general numbers and at the time the salesperson seemed to be just concerned with making the sale that day. Put the idea on hold until this week. Came in early.one morning and was greeted by what seemed to be the only salesperson in the building. Steve Sorensen was happy to help despite being slammed with a ton of other stuff. Helped me arrange the new vehicle to get moved over to Frankfort from Lansing. Put together numbers so I could get it financed from an outside source. Found all the available rebates I could get and went above and beyond in having a bad situation turn into a great one. Happy with my new purchase and wouldn't want to work with anyone but Steve. Have had issues with the service department, but I know as long as Steve is around, I have a contact to help me with any issues. More
