Of all the dealerships I've been to Phillips was by far the best. I had gotten quotes from 3 different places all were extremely high and the salesperson seemed to just want to get us in and out instea far the best. I was upset with my vehicle. I went to some other dealerships and was treated poorly. When I went to this dealership, Marty was very friendly from the beginning. He listened to what was not working w dealerships and was treated poorly. When I went to this dealership, Marty was very friendly from the beginning. He listened to what was not working with my former vehicle, and what I wanted the new vehicle to do. He spent a lot of time with me, I never felt rushed, or like Marty was in a hurry to get paid. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of getting a new car, or keeping mine. He also did an excellent job of explaining the benefits of the dealers nice and updated service department. Everyone was professional when working with my credit. Mike Maheras was great at working with me on the prices, and he made me feel at home. Both trips I made to the dealership were excellent, everyone was smiling the entire time and always willing to help me. I ended up getting a new car because it was what I wanted to do, there was no pressure from anyone. Mike Maheras gave me such a great deal it only made sense to get a new vehicle. Marty made sure my car was in great shape when I took delivery of it. More

I have been buying my Chevy's from Phillips Chevrolet for the last 20 years, Chevrolet is a high quality product and the employees are no different at Phillips starting at the top with the General Manager Mi the last 20 years, Chevrolet is a high quality product and the employees are no different at Phillips starting at the top with the General Manager Michael Maheras. I was in the showroom on 7.14.12 for no more than a minute when I was greeted by Michael and immediately introduced to my salesman Joe Luque. This was my first time working with Joe and he was terrific. Joe was very informative regarding the vehicle that I was interested in, suggesting alternative options, i.e. different packages available and answered every question that I had without fail. I cannot say enough about the effort that was shown by all parties involved, Michael, Joe and the finance department to get a deal worked out that was a good "fit" for me to leave the dealership that day with the vehicle I wanted. Phillips Chevrolet once again knocked it out of the park and reinforced my opiinion that I will not go anywhere else to purchase a Chevrolet. GREAT JOB ONCE AGAIN!!!! More
