From service dept to dealership!!! I want to thank the whole staff at Marty Cancila!!!! Awesome!!! I looked them up on the internet, read reviews and used them to service my SUV during I want to thank the whole staff at Marty Cancila!!!! Awesome!!! I looked them up on the internet, read reviews and used them to service my SUV during the Memorial weekend. To my surprise they provided a rental for me during the time my car was being serviced :D. Unfortunately my Suv continued to give me problems and it really stressed me out and I'm sure the service guy was too. But I took a leap on faith and recieved a call from Mr. Mark Ware, car dealer, at Marty Cancila, and asked me to come in and see what they can offer me?!?! I was pleased with the outcome, he was not pushy and listened to what my family needed. Mike, the finance guy, listened to what I can pay and now my family LOVES the new SUV. I can honestly say they have EXCELLENT customer service from each dept. I dealt with. My daughter is 19yrs old and her first car loan WILL be with them. Very POSITIVE impression on me and my family!!!!! More
