A Reputable Dealership I have had a Toyota Camry and currently an Avalon. Joe Sanchez is the service consultant, and he is professional, honest and polite in our interactio I have had a Toyota Camry and currently an Avalon. Joe Sanchez is the service consultant, and he is professional, honest and polite in our interaction. He explains what the car may need for maintenance and why. The entire staff of this dealership is outstanding; they work as a team. Joe’s recommendations have given me peace of mind in driving my car. The vestibule and waiting area is clean and “goodies” are free for clients who are waiting. From what I can see in the shop, the shop is very clean too, so consequently my car never has had any stains, etc. More

Never have had a problem with either of the used cars I purchased as I know they check over the car from top to bottom before selling and the reminders they send to remind us of service coming due is great and they know each of my cars. They know my car, told me exactly what was needed and discussed my options with me. They reviewed the work plan with me, estimated cost and time it would take. While I waited, they completed the work. All of the staff I encountered was respectful of me, my knowledge (or lack therof) about my car and my time. Thanks! More

Horrible customer service and liars!! When told about scratches done on my vehicle both denied that it could ever happen in their dealer and blamed me saying it was because I over extend When told about scratches done on my vehicle both denied that it could ever happen in their dealer and blamed me saying it was because I over extend the seat belt towards the bottom frame of door. Mike Cooper the Service Manager then stated he would not take care of it and it was there prior to service. Mike Cooper also refused to give me his superior manager stating he's the one. Anyway, thanks to Mr. Bredemann who resolved the problem as the kiss xxx Mike Cooper could man up to tell the truth in front of his boss. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! More

This is the 3rd Avalon we've purchased with Charlie Schiller & we can't say enough abo Our most recent experience at Bredemann Toyota was outstanding! This is the 3rd Avalon we've purchased with Charlie Schiller & we can't say enough about his customer care - it's EXCELLENT!!! Unlike our previous purchases, this time we were replacing our vehicle in the aftermath of an accident in which our 2008 Toyota Avalon (110K+ miles) was totalled. Bredemann's service and sales departments (Mike Cooper, Joe Sanchez, and Charlie Schiller) were so understanding and concerned for us through this situation - just like family. Charlie located our new vehicle for us the same day we stopped in, and not just something available on the lot, but a brand new Avalon, which met 99% of what we were looking for in a new car! The Avalon has changed quite a bit since our first in 2000, but one thing we have been able to consistently rely upon is the caring and customer-focused attention given to us at Bredemann Toyota! Charlie Schiller is a wonderful individual ready to help customers for successful completion of sale. My first experience with Charlie goes back to 2010 when he went an extra mile to fix a problem with license plate change. This time, he communicated with me and went over all the options available whether about the model of the car or the financing matters. I am very satisfied with 2014 deal to buy a brand new Toyota RAV4. More

I have been a loyal customer of Bredemann Service for over 7 years but the past 2 years have not met my expectations. All started with two recalls, one on my Rav4 and another big one on my 2000 Tundra. i over 7 years but the past 2 years have not met my expectations. All started with two recalls, one on my Rav4 and another big one on my 2000 Tundra. it took two inspections to determine that each vehicle had recall issue based on the recall notice, very odd. Then the Tundra recall resulted in the need for a frame replacement. A quoted 4-6 week job took over 12 weeks. During which I had to ask for a new tech representative because the one I was assigned would not call me back or give me updates during the delayed process and repeatedly gave me bad information. Then once the frame arrived, it took only two days to swap it out, thhis makes me uneasy. After which I have had multiple complications with the truck, some of which Bredemann toook care of but they have been ongoing since and fail to get repaired lasting longer than a year. A customer should not have to expect to repair the same thing a year later, even on an older vehicle. Recenly they missed this simplest item, an brake light out, and proceeded to tell me that it was working when they inpsected it, simply untrue. On multiple occasions they have failed to complete work as promised and offer no eplanation or apologies for the mistakes and inconveniences. I still have a loud knocking noise under the truck when making sharp turns as a result of the frame replacement that has never been diagnosed. Very disappointed in Bredemann and Toyota as a whole. More
