I have bought 3 cars from this dealer and Arnie, the sales manager, helped me with all three purchases. Syed was my salesman for the last purchase a week ago. They tried all possible avenues to find me the car I wanted. The price was very good, the service was excellent, and the buying experience was hassle free. Horrible treatment to employees in front of customers during customers service appointment . Very Unprofessional will not come back. I worked with Bridgette Berrio, during my service everything that I thought had gone well just came out to be longer than expected I came in for a SYNTHETIC oil change and I left disappointed with my service. While I was getting my payment processed the kind cashiers made my experience better they helped me out with my billing. They came across an issue of not being able to locate my keys kept checking no luck. Went ahead and asked Bridgette if there was some sort of miss communication the look that was given to the cashiers and response was unbelievable horrible attitude for one simple sweet question. The cashier that was helping me out looked fed up with the responses that were getting given to her. No blame to her at all it gets overwhelming when someone’s job isn’t being done right, leaving others to do someone else’s work. To me that’s horrible not even a little bit of help was given Bridgette stayed doing what she was doing and left them with her responsibility of her own work. Treating other employees rudely infront of a customer just does not sit right with me. More

Very disappointed in Arnie. After purchasing several new cars between my wife and me, he couldn’t, woulda’t, return my repeated phone calls in reference to a new car purchase. I had an excellent experience buying a new Toyota from Bredemann. My salesman was Dave Lurie. Dave found the car I wanted, which is in pretty high demand. Bredemann's price on a RAV4 Hybrid was lower than Bredemann. My salesman was Dave Lurie. Dave found the car I wanted, which is in pretty high demand. Bredemann's price on a RAV4 Hybrid was lower than any of the other dealers I contacted. I contacted close to 20 dealers in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. In addition, Bredemann did not add options like roof racks, body side moldings, etc., after I told them I did not want those. I told Dave that I was not interested in an extended warranty, paint protection or any "extras" that dealers normally try to talk you into when you finalize the deal on a car. No one at Bredeman tried to sell me any of those. This was the best experience I have had buying a new car. More
