I called Bredemann Toyota dealership on 5/25/2024 at 4:55 pm in an attempt to buy a 2024 Totota RAV4 LE. A sale consultant Syed Hussain answered my call at this late hour and patiently told me their availabl pm in an attempt to buy a 2024 Totota RAV4 LE. A sale consultant Syed Hussain answered my call at this late hour and patiently told me their available time after the Memorial Holiday. On 5/28/2024 around 10:39 am, Syed called me regarding the status of this car 2024 RAV4 LE and encouraged me to come to their store and to take a look at it. I then visited the dealership around 12:00 pm. I was hesitating to deal with dealership sale consultant due to the anticipation of lengthy negotiation with buying strategy and usually dealership takes the upper hand at the end. To my surprise, the first thing Syed told me was that his business principle is based on trust and it is easier to proceed any business based on this principle. He was really being transparent about the price, mileage, and packages of this 2024 RAV4 and trusted any personal information I provided to him. After this, he took me to a test drive and answered my questions on the way. After making the buying decision, Syed made a warm introduction of myself to meet the business manager Jesus Padin. We had a very vivid and active conservation on education like meeting an old friend or family member. Jesus also made a practical recommendation on the extended warrant and finished the whole paper work in a professional and efficient way. The whole buying process from the beginning to the end went very well and took only 2 hours. After the sale, Syed called me on 5/30/2024 about the driving experience and the status of the registration process. He also answered couple questions regarding accessory installation. In summary, purchasing a new car from Syed and Jesus at Bredemann Toyota dealership which was based on the principle of trust, is like buying a car from a family member. This is a very rare and precious buying experience in the present dealership environment. I fully recommend their services! More

I had an excellent experience buying a new Toyota from Bredemann. My salesman was Dave Lurie. Dave found the car I wanted, which is in pretty high demand. Bredemann's price on a RAV4 Hybrid was lower than Bredemann. My salesman was Dave Lurie. Dave found the car I wanted, which is in pretty high demand. Bredemann's price on a RAV4 Hybrid was lower than any of the other dealers I contacted. I contacted close to 20 dealers in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. In addition, Bredemann did not add options like roof racks, body side moldings, etc., after I told them I did not want those. I told Dave that I was not interested in an extended warranty, paint protection or any "extras" that dealers normally try to talk you into when you finalize the deal on a car. No one at Bredeman tried to sell me any of those. This was the best experience I have had buying a new car. More
