Brought my car in for its first service and a recall, easy check in, met with a smile and great disposition. Checked in, waited for my car to be done. Was notified when finished, grabbed my key fob and o easy check in, met with a smile and great disposition. Checked in, waited for my car to be done. Oil changes no problem but this time took 3 times to get problem fixed, I understand now that most of the problems are coming from a computer telling the tech what it is but who says the computer is right a problem fixed, I understand now that most of the problems are coming from a computer telling the tech what it is but who says the computer is right all the time? Anyway was a pain in the xxx to drop car off 3 times to get it right. More

Picked up a large screw in a rear tire. Stopped at service department to inquire about options for repair or replacing the tire. Left a less then favorable review based on my experience of 30 years in the industry and my recent service, I received a call from the service director Josh called to berate me telling me I should compare t of 30 years in the industry and my recent service, I received a call from the service director Josh called to berate me telling me I should compare the neighboring rates for service and I don't know what I'm speaking on. Not only is this incredibly unprofessional but this should not be tolerated.
