Every time I have service done, the service department team are really great. Everything is explained in detail. The last time I had an oil change, they saw irregular tire wear and found that my wheel ali team are really great. Everything is explained in detail. The last time I had an oil change, they saw irregular tire wear and found that my wheel alignment was off. They scheduled me back in for a 4/wheel alignment and I had them replace all 4 tires. I have been using Elkins Chevy for over 10 years to service or company work trucks. They always do their best to get my trucks repaired ASAP so I can get the trucks back to the job sites so the company service or company work trucks. I recently had a work truck with transmission issues that are under warranty; GM can't get Transmission for up to 3-4 months, which is not good for a small business that needs its trucks on the road, at job sites.
