He knows my vehicle - that's a benefit of a long-term relationship - and is a straight shooter. Yes, I'm sure you could get cheaper service somewhere else, but I consider Brian and Mike to be my service family. That's why I take my GMC, and my daughter takes her GMC, both of which are well past warranty, back to them. More
