Corwin representatives are unfailingly courteous and prompt with service and requests for information regarding expected wait times and so forth. While I found a solid truck and had a generally friendly experience, the whole process was very unorganized. The first day I went in, there were issues getting keys to one truck so had to come back another experience, the whole process was very unorganized. I tried asking the manager questions about certain items that came up in their inspection and he gave zero additional detail, very unhelpful. I ending up buying the truck and agreed to pick it up at 9am the next day - it wasn’t ready until after 10. More

Started the paperwork process at 6:30pm, was told it would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! TWO HOURS would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! TWO HOURS AFTER THE DEALERSHIP CLOSED!!!! Management needs to get their poop in a group and either hire more people to efficiency process people or reschedule meetings. Ridiculous. Staff wasn't even surprised, stated it was a normal event. Terrible. More

Happy with purchase other than only getting one keyfob with car. Also seems cheap of corwin to put three different brands of tires on same vehicle.
