As usual, they took us 3 trips and a week before they could even manage to change a light bulb and change the oil. This dealership has the absolute worst service department in the entire US. My onlu complaint is your shop fees for work out of warranty. I recently brought my jeep there for repairs. And i ended up getting the repairs done almost 1400.00 cheaper.
