My recent experience with this dealership was the same as it always has been, excellent! They were very courteous and professional. I was kept informed of work that needed done as well as the status of the work as it was being done on my vehicle. They even offered a ride home as an alternative to sitting in their lobby all day. And since the vehicle wasn't ready by closing that evening they sent a driver to pick me up the next day. They kept me informed of the cost as well.

Have bought 3 cars and use them for service. Worth the drive from Lakeland (or Tampa/Orlando) to use dealer that is old school, no high pressure sales and takes care of the customer.
