My responsibilities include writing purchase orders (POs) and repair orders (ROs), maintaining a clean and inviting service area, and keeping customers updated on repair timelines to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. Zack checked my car in as soon as I got there with a smile on his face. He was very informative and kept me up to date with what was being done and what would be needed in the future.
