As the Service Assistant at Grote Mitsubishi, I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer feels welcome and valued in our service department. I take pride in answering all customer calls promptly and scheduling vehicle services at their earliest convenience to accommodate their busy lives. In my role, I work closely with our Service Writer, Zach, to assist in daily operations while continuously expanding my knowledge of the automotive service industry. My responsibilities include writing purchase orders (POs) and repair orders (ROs), maintaining a clean and inviting service area, and keeping customers updated on repair timelines to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. Additionally, I handle cashiering duties and am always ready to assist with anything that contributes to the efficiency and success of our department.

Friendly, definitely dependable, makes you feel more like a family than a customer. They take pride in their work and never let you walk away unsatisfied. They said that my rotors are just fine. But 2 other mechanics,have told me they need replaced.... when I got the jeep.
