It took over a month to get my car in to get fixed. The repair was from something the mechanics forgot to tighten from a previous repair. I called in about my BMW X1 having an unrepairable flat tire and received an immediate response from Christian to my problem. She made my appointment for the same day and I still had time to make to work o tire and received an immediate response from Christian to my problem. She made my appointment for the same day and I still had time to make to work on time. I was received very well upon arrival, plus the maintenance person began work on my replacement tire immediately and washed the vehicle in minimal time. I was very pleased with my whole experience.
