I had a great experience purchasing my BMW. Both the salesperson and the finance manager were excellent — very professional, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire signing process. After the purchase, they also arranged a detail for the car. While it wasn’t a full, thorough detail in the strictest sense, the service was good and the car was delivered clean and presentable. The only downside is that I was told I would receive a souvenir with the purchase, but I never received anything. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s a small detail that I think should be honored, especially when buying a premium vehicle like a BMW. Overall, great service, smooth process, and just one small thing left pending. I would still recommend Braman BMW Miami More

Attempted to order wheel arch extensions, a part from the team at BramanMiniParts (aka Revolution parts) and they tried to fill the order, with full shipping cost, without the extensions. I had mistakenly added two other parts, totaling 45$ in cost, and were going to charge me 29$ for shipping. xxx??!!! Why would you not have contacted me first? More
