After 5 awkward minutes of standing there, Cullen suddenly came into the service area with a big smile on his face and light in his eyes and asked if I'd been helped. I said no so he quickly got me checked in and was very pleasant and helpful through the whole process. I very much enjoyed working with him and hope I get to do so again in the future. Annoyed. I had to go to Madison a couple of days after my oil change and my car started making a clanking sound. I pop the hood and the windshield washer flui I had to go to Madison a couple of days after my oil change and my car started making a clanking sound. I pop the hood and the windshield washer fluid lid is hanging down around the engine. So I drove about 150 miles total with it just flopping around, there’s a melted line on the top, luckily there’s hopefully no damage anywhere. Plus every time I go, the car wash seems to be “down.” More
