I would never buy another vehicle from the dealership. I honestly feel ripped off when purchasing a CPO vehicle that needed both front and rear brakes replaced within 6 months of ownership and all 4 tires I honestly feel ripped off when purchasing a CPO vehicle that needed both front and rear brakes replaced within 6 months of ownership and all 4 tires and had preexisting engine issues. The vehicle due to the issues it has has depreciated its value over $11,000 in 6 months. The know. Tire issues should have been disclosed along the mechanical issues. I was told by sales this was a great reliable car and it’s far from that. I will say that the service department is great but sale efforts to “make thing right” are laughable. More

Charge you for a loaner repair for a complete new tire if you accidentally, or not even sure it was you, get a screw in the tire while normal driving on public roads. 540$ for a new tire was 50% the cost of you accidentally, or not even sure it was you, get a screw in the tire while normal driving on public roads. 540$ for a new tire was 50% the cost of getting service in the first place. What kind of company does this? I could see if deliberate or negligent driving caused this but that was not the case. All i did was tell them i saw it after i got home that evening with the loaner.
