The lease end process is a nightmare. I called several times and went in and still not done. There was a recall and the parts came and I didn’t get a call about it. I had a major issue happen with my car. The dealership took care of everything since I had purchased the extended warranty. It was going to be an expensive repair. As always the Mercedes-Benz of Portland service center has been a great experience. But this time it was a awesome surprize! I contacted my service adviser Maurice McQueen about the service done on my v has been a great experience. But this time it was a awesome surprize! I contacted my service adviser Maurice McQueen about the service done on my vehicle. He provided a video of the inspection performed. I could see the service technician being very thorough servicing my vehicle. In my opinion providing the video was above and beyond. I truly appreciated the video because they gave me direct insight of my vehicle servicing. Very well done Mercedes-Benz of Portland service center! More

As a loyal customer for over 25 years, my last encounter with your service advisor, Mr. McQueen, was unsatisfactory. His overall attitude was arrogant and unhelpful. Additionally, my vehicle has experience with your service advisor, Mr. McQueen, was unsatisfactory. His overall attitude was arrogant and unhelpful. Additionally, my vehicle has experienced a water leak on the passenger side during a recent rainstorm in spite of service work in late July which was supposed to have prevented this. More

Avoid at all costs. Worst dealership service department experience regardless of the brand. Ultra sloppy intake process. Vague and botched updates on the repair process. Complete lack of urgency to complete the repair and they do not provide a due date either when taking the vehicle in - over 12 weeks in and the repair was still not completed. Service department manager Eric Trueblood shows a complete lack of professionalism, no call or email return. Incompetence, and a disgrace to the Mercedes-Benz and Lithia brand. No proper Estimate and Invoicing procedures, just vague emails and random charges without providing a receipt. More
