I brought my F150 to Empire Ford Fall River after another Ford dealership had it for 7 days without looking at it. Dropped it off with Matthew Sartini, who by end of day called that it was diagnosed with par Ford dealership had it for 7 days without looking at it. Dropped it off with Matthew Sartini, who by end of day called that it was diagnosed with part on order. Three days later David Pacheco Service & Parts Director called to say it was all set and ready to pick up. The dealership were I bought my F150 didn't look at it. Empire Ford treated me as a long time customer. That is called Customer service!!! More
