Joe Cliggott is amazing. He listened to me, and we worked together with my friend to find me the perfect car. I also appreciated that he understood how hard it was for me t He listened to me, and we worked together with my friend to find me the perfect car. I also appreciated that he understood how hard it was for me to say, "good-bye" to my Impreza. Joe covered everything I needed to know to make an informed decision, but without pressure. My friend and I were so impressed by this experience, we have recommended Cityside for purchase to several friends. I am glad to continue my 7 1/2 year relationship with this dealership for service. Summary: What dealer lets you take a car for an extended test drive and loans you a car till the one you purchased comes in? Cityside Subaru, that's who. My insurance company totaled my car :-(. I stop test drive and loans you a car till the one you purchased comes in? Cityside Subaru, that's who. My insurance company totaled my car :-(. I stopped by to drive an Impreza and mentioned that I had a time constraint to get a kid home. Mark Lidano suggested I use that as a test drive -- No pre-planned route, just use it like you would in the real world. I was sold not only on the car and the dealership but by this gentlemanly salesperson. All through the process, Mark asked questions to make sure he understood my needs. When we realized that a different Subaru would cost less and meet my needs, I stopped by to finalize things. Mark suggested I drive the new car while he worked on the paperwork to make sure. Then he asked, "When do you have to return your loaner?" I said, "uhm, today." Mark said, "I'll be right back." Mark returned with a key to a loaner car, "till yours get's here." Mark Lidano and CitySide took a stressful situation, replacing a car in a limited amount of time, and made it a pleasant experience. More
