I couldn't say more about this service team. Ted Jurick the service manager is always on hand to help. They got me in on a last minute oil change and inspection. The car was ready when promised and cleaned the service manager is always on hand to help. They got me in on a last minute oil change and inspection. I had to return the car the same day-I arrived home to notice the 3rd brake light housing was hanging & upon further inspection was headliner & seats were dirty & smudged after having my shark fin antenna notice the 3rd brake light housing was hanging & upon further inspection was headliner & seats were dirty & smudged after having my shark fin antennae replaced. Matt in service was exceptional as always & asked if I could bring it back to make it right. I’ve always had great service & will continue to go to Rizza in Orland. This was more the exception than the norm. More
