Korbin just seems new at the business. He told us the second set of keys were at the dealership. Come to find out, on the moment of delivery of the van I asked for the second set and he me He told us the second set of keys were at the dealership. Come to find out, on the moment of delivery of the van I asked for the second set and he mentioned he had contacted the previous owners to get them. Jason Nelson was not thankful at all for the sale. Never once did they say thank you to Beverley that they appreciated her business. After the paperwork he didn’t say thank you goodbye or anything just said we’re all done and went to get on his phone. Thought that was a little insensitive Dealing with an 87 year-old woman. More

Jordan Russell is a Customer Service Specialist, he does what he can to make things happen for the customer. This dealership takes pride in what they do and serves you with excellence. They don’t try to swindle you into buying extra warranty’s or unnecessary things you don’t really need anyway. My salesman Q too you with excellence. They don’t try to swindle you into buying extra warranty’s or unnecessary things you don’t really need anyway. My salesman Q took it upon himself to make sure my oil had been changed and had my car detail cleaned and gave me an extra freshener. The General Manager came out to thank me personally. I could go on and on about this dealership and trust me I’ve visited many and purchased numerous cars but Academy won me as a lifetime customer. I will not be buying anymore cars from anyone but them. See for yourself. Not to mention the perks you get like as long as you’re paying for the car they fix it…Sirus included for some time and Triple A is included...now that is fantastic and I’ve not seen that anywhere else. Thanks again guys…you earned my loyalty as a lifelong customer. More
