Great service with friendly staff. I was told the service would take 45 minutes but I was back on the road in 40 minutes. With my busy schedule I really appreciate how quick they are. I was happy RM was able to take care of the car so quickly; however, I was disappointed I had to buy a new battery so soon after buying the car. I shouldn’t have had to pay for the battery. The car cost over $30k and I bought it 4 months ago from Randy Marion. When you pay so much money for a car, the battery should last more up than 4 months. Very disappointed Randy Marion didn’t cover the cost. More

The customer service and experience with the staff was excellent. I took my car in for replacement of a cross threaded/stripped stud. However, after getting home, I checked all the studs/lugs and the one excellent. I took my car in for replacement of a cross threaded/stripped stud. However, after getting home, I checked all the studs/lugs and the one they replaced was seized on, cross threaded and broke off. So I paid for them to fix a problem and then they then did the exact same thing. So I’m not happy. I’ll be fixing it at home myself this time. More
