Follow up calls were done when promised and I was given a salesman's name who was waiting for me at my appointment time. When you first walk in the door you feel that this is a great place to be, not just to shop but the employees made the atmosphere enjoyable. Mark was very patient and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I had the opportunity to speak to other staff members: Tony, Jordan and the Gerneal manager Jerry all super helpful.
