TOTAL CON ARTISTS. Took our sorento in wanting a repair estimate from a certified Kia mechanic. They were going to charge me $$6,000 dollars for something that was NOT Took our sorento in wanting a repair estimate from a certified Kia mechanic. They were going to charge me $$6,000 dollars for something that was NOT even the problem. They charged me $114 dollars for a diagnosis that was INCORRECT. Then said if you want we'll take a reduced trade in on the vehicle towards purchasing a new one from us! A local mechanic fixed the actual problem for under a thousand dollar. How many elderly people are these guys taking advantage of? I'm filing a complaint with the Florida BBB. More
