After discovering a major leak from the sunroof and brought the car back in to be addressed. The service department was kind courteous and informative. Unfortunately that was not the end of our issues with the sunroof. We discovered another leak that was as bad as the first. My husband called and we brought the car in, we ended up working with the sales department, Mark and Andrew who sold us the original 2018 Atlas. They worked diligently to get us into a new Atlas that fit our needs and didn’t cost us anything out of packet. We couldn’t be happier with customer care we received, and we felt that we were cared for at Volkswagen of New Port Richey! We would highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in buying a car! More
