After speaking with her and having her demonstrate the features I felt like I had a really good idea of what it would be like to own one. The best VW dealer in Florida I spent a solid 2 weeks shopping around for my car, and in that process I met with at least 6 different VW dealers. This dealership was BY FAR the mos I spent a solid 2 weeks shopping around for my car, and in that process I met with at least 6 different VW dealers. This dealership was BY FAR the most honest, upfront, and gave me their best deal without all the games. Other dealerships were hiding fees and marking up the APR, not these guys. The sales agent, Iwona, was the most professional person I dealt with during my process. I did most of my communicating via text and phone, which not all dealerships like. But she was always accessible, responding in less than a few minutes to anything I asked. She even texted me a few pics of cars that weren't shown on the website, which is the one I ended up buying. It only got better when I arrived at the dealer to sign my paperwork. My wife is 8.5 months pregnant, so they promised me I'd be out in under 2 hrs, but they had it all setup so well I was done in like 45 minutes! The finance guy seemed a little irritated, but he was efficient so I didnt mind. All numbers came out exactly as they promised and the car was prepped and ready for me to go. Finally, one key thing I found impressive was the car knowledge Iwona had. Since I'd been to a handful of dealers I'd heard about this exact vehicle multiple times. But Iwona was able to quickly tell me a bunch of very cool features no one else mentioned. She also really understands the performance and safety specs of all vehicles, because my dad came with me and was asking about their full lineup. We both left impressed. I look forward to returning to VM of NPR for my services because I know ill be in good hands. I will also absolutely be returning here for my next car, and recommending them to anyone who wants an upfront, no nonsense dealer. More
