Car was done on-time. She also had good recommendations. I was actually just shy of 30K on my 2014 Jetta (which I bought from Doritio Bros), and needed oil change - oil light came on. With her recommendation, we just did the 30K, to save trip and money. Love Dorito Bros. I stop by to see Ron Simi to say hi. He sold me my Jetta, and he was great to work with two years ago. As I"ve written before on your surveys and on Yelp, you are the only dealer that I've taken my car to for all service. Your whole team ROCKS!! More

I was greeted as soon as I drove in, and was immediately seated with Marina, the professional responsible for ensuring that my recall service was completed. Marina was wonderful. She explained what would be done, and also asked about other needs, or requests I might have. I also like the fact that Dirito Brothers values clients' time. This is exemplified in their policy of minimal waiting time between drop-off and providing transportation to your place of work (within specific limits). If their shuttle is out for more than 35 minutes, Dirito provides alternative transportation for clients. I have never experienced this at another dealership. I don't recall the names of the other employees with whom I interacted, but I do know that this is the best VW dealership I've had in years. I'll definitely be back. More
