I came in for a warranty repair on my 2018 Atlas. The fuel door would not open. They made a temporary fix. Marina was excellent. I asked her to show me how my L headlight fell out. She brought a flashlight and opened the hood. With the light, she pointed the permanent parts of the vehicle where the assembly f headlight fell out. She brought a flashlight and opened the hood. With the light, she pointed the permanent parts of the vehicle where the assembly fits and demonstrated to me how the headlight is attached. By not following that procedure, she explained that the light would not be secured, which is the most likely reason for the fall out. Her presentation clearly answered my concern. Thank you. More
