I came in to check on my battery because all of the power in the car was completely out. Marcell assured me that it probably wasn’t a big deal, he also notified me that it will be covered under factory warra in the car was completely out. Took my car in for a failed FACTORY tps for a brand new 2024 Nissan z nismo . They forgot to put my lock lug nut that I paid $395 for as an add on at the dealer , so I had to go back and get it reinstalled 2024 Nissan z nismo . They forgot to put my lock lug nut that I paid $395 for as an add on at the dealer , so I had to go back and get it reinstalled . The gm made it right by providing me with a gas fill up . I have been waiting for my trade in to get paid for the last 2 months and I am coming up and a 30 date late pay , this will be the 2nd month the payment is due and late ! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this dealer I am stressing everyday hoping this gets paid off before the 30 day mark then it will have a negative effect on my credit score ! Can’t seem to get a call back I am just being told someone will reach out to you and no one calls me ! More
