He provid Kia Telluride at Peak Kia Littleton. Our Sales Representative Marc Messier was very professional and knowledgeable with the Kia vehicles. He provided a great straightforward approach and experience for us as we considered models and options with our new Telluride. Marc was very focused on ensuring we found the exact vehicle that we wanted, and even when they didn't have that immediately available he immediately went to work on finding our match through future incoming vehicles rather that wasting time trying to talk us into something on the lot. Although we had to wait for a several weeks on the vehicle, Marc ensured it was reserved for us and then kept us informed as the vehicle arrival date approached. Once it arrived Marc notified us and invited us out to make sure it was indeed exactly what we wanted. After confirming our choice with zero pressure, Marc and the rest of the Sales and Finance Team at Peak Kia took us quickly through our trade-in and finance process. I was additionally pleased with the trade-in value they gave us on our existing vehicle, and although I may have been able to sell it privately for a little more, I felt their offer was fair and it took the hassle/concern of me having to advertise and deal with that process.
