He was in his office chatting with employees so by the time he brought the first set of paperwok out (which was wrong) we were already irritated. It took 3 attemps to get it the way it was to be. Several other employees had their masks down off their nose and mouth chatting up a storm and several had their masks off and were sitting out front eating. I am a more at-risk person so this also bothered me thus why we wanted stuff done and ready to go. This not our first rodeo buying a car if they were going to try and sell me a warranty it should have been done over the phone so the paperwork was complete. More

I was upside down in my old car by at least $8000, I had filed bankruptcy in 2019, but I thought I would give it try anyway. I was upfront and honest with Marc about my situation, and he tried his best to talk me out of running my credit to find out about financing. He tried multiple times to tell me, "Just wait a few months, give it some more time." This "car salesman" tried to NOT sell me a car. So...I did like any "normal person" would do, I showed up to PEAK Kia with no appointment, I called Marc's cell phone just as I was pulling into the lot. Totally unexpected, he jumped right to it. Marc walked me around the building and said, "Here's what I'm thinking." Long story short, after Marc Messier, Rocco Garramone and Sean (never got his last name, and I tried to look it up, but people look really different without a mask on, sorry) put in an incalculable amount of hard work...I was approve to lease a brand new Kia NIRO!!! I love this place!!!!!!! More
