This dealership does not care about their customers. Once they get the sale you’re pretty much not important anymore. The service department is even worse. They did not reset my tires after rotation w Once they get the sale you’re pretty much not important anymore. The service department is even worse. They did not reset my tires after rotation which resulted in me almost having an accident and then took zero accountability when I brought it to their attention. I would never buy a car from here again. The service was bad but the car was even worse. Less than 6 months I began to have countless issues. With tires, breaks, and my check engine light turned on as well. But General Motors decided on their own that this didn’t pose any safety issues. Please don’t buy a car here. I knew what I wanted, and was ready to buy 2 days after I test drove the vehicle. But when I called to make a deal the sales rep that I had dealt with was not in. So I explained to the other sales reps that test drove the vehicle. But when I called to make a deal the sales rep that I had dealt with was not in. So I explained to the other sales reps that I was ready, to send the credit app. It was like pulling teeth, had to follow up multiple times for: credit app, results, talk to somebody, schedule an appointment for vehicle pick up, to go sign. Nobody was engaged. Until I finally decided to drive to the dealership to sign and take the vehicle. Bad experience! Except during the initial test drive visit with Luis. More
