Brought my 2017 Patriot in for 2 issues. The estimate, which included new brakes, didn’t ask for that came to over $3000. Fine, I get it, you need to make money. I only got one of the issues fixed, the back passenger window motor as it was necessary. $1400 and 2 weeks later it is fixed, but now the back passenger door won’t lock but I’m not going back. I had to call to see if they received the part as I wasn’t notified and 2 weeks had passed. I also needed a ride home and back to pick up my car when the work was completed. The ride home was done with no issues. When I was told my car was done, in a text, I called and let them know, again, I needed a ride to the dealer and was told it’s out of their range. Really? The ride in the morning was exactly the same mileage. I was told they can’t have the shuttle driver out on one call for an hour. She was at my house in 15 minutes and it took just over that to get back to the dealership. And it took me 12 minutes to return home. Not an hour. This is really bad customer service and I will not be having them do anymore work nor will I ever purchase a vehicle here. More

I’ve had my vehicle serviced there numerous times. They’ve been very helpful. Oil changes/tire rotation. Purchases a battery and replaced as still was under warranty without any problems. My experience and interactions with the employees in the service department the past few months has been incredibly satisfying as a customer. They are always polite, helpful and patient. They are very good service department the past few months has been incredibly satisfying as a customer. They are always polite, helpful and patient. They are very good at communicating everything about the service process. The service manager went above and beyond when I was last in there by checking on my issue and diagnosing it himself as the shop was about to close for the day. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any work that needs to be done. More

I was visiting from out of town and had the battery fail on my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. I was a walk in for service on a Saturday morning. I explained my situation to the service advisor Luis Pabon. He was able to get my vehicle in and prioritize it's service. We were in and out in no time. Everyone at the dealer was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone. They saved the day for me and my family! More
