He went above & bey Upon reviewing my initial ''review", I find I failed to give Mr. Noah the credit he deserved for ALLLL of the help he gave me !!! He went above & beyond to get me a good trade-in for my 2013 Rav4 & good price for the 2016 Rav4. And, he & Mr. Deleon helped me get the refund I deserved from a previous extended warranty (not through Toyota) who was not inclined to refund me the 80% I was due. After I spoke with the IPG warranty folks to no avail, Mr. Noah called & "got the job done". IPG will be sending me quite a large refund ONLY because Mr. Noah "read them riot act." He dealt with them very professionally and was very kind & considerate with me, who by that time, was close to tears. I purchased my 2013 Rav4 from Mr. Noah, incidentally the first car I had ever bought in my life & I'm well past 50. The trust I had in him with the first purchase lead me right back to him for the trade-in. I can't say enough good words about him. Thank you, Mr. Noah !!! :-) :-) More
