Mike is a very friendly guy, and I also appreciate the fact that he didn't use high pressure tactic I worked with Mike Chose to purchase a 2016 Prius. Mike is a very friendly guy, and I also appreciate the fact that he didn't use high pressure tactics that many other salespeople use. In the end, we reached an agreement on a fair price, both on the price of the new car and on my trade-in, without having to go through a painful process. I also worked with Luis in Finance. I came in, Scott introduced himself we looked at a few cars and I found one that I liked. We drove it, negotiated a great deal, and 10 minutes later I was in the finance department with Luis Deleon signing my paperwork. The detail guys cleaned my car while I was signing my paperwork and when I came out Scott handed me the keys and introduced me to a "technology" specialist that linked my phone to my car and downloaded my contacts for me. She showed me a few more things, answered my questions, scheduled me my first free oil change and tire rotation and then I left. I am very happy with my car and also with how quick and friendly everyone at Lakeside was. More

Toyota Prius 3...My first new car in almost 11 years!!! I was avoiding buying a car as long as possible. My 2006 Jeep had other plans for me, and it was clear a new car was a necessity, STAT!...only adding to my anxiety. And then, I went to Lakeside Toyota! I never felt pressured. All of my many questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. I felt like I got a good deal and a very fair price for my trade-in. It was a refreshing compared to buying other cars. I had no intentions on buying a car that day, but he listened to what I wanted and got me in the right vehicle at the right price. Also working with there finance department was easy and they were able to get me a great interest rate. I know for a fact I would not have had a better experience with any other dealerships as I had been to 4 that week and talked to about 8 and no one helped me the way that Lakeside did. I am definitely going to recommend them to my family and friends. They are a great place to do business. More
