Simply amazing, efficient and friendly! I went online to look at a pre owned highlander, however Caleb told me it was sold, but he could get a price on the 2016, so about 5 min latter he ema I went online to look at a pre owned highlander, however Caleb told me it was sold, but he could get a price on the 2016, so about 5 min latter he emailed and called me! I was looking for the new body style, however with a 20 month kid, going to the lot to really drive and work out the details is pretty much outta the question, so He emailed all the details and a very fair price. Worked out my trade via trade and pics. Then after about 30 mins Luis called So we hammered out everything via phone and email!!!!! I was in and out of the dealership 45!!!! Thanks Caleb!!!!!! More

Easiest car buying experience ever! I was referred by a friend who has been dealing with Rene Poche at Lakeside Toyota for 10 years and he was referred by another friend who has been dea I was referred by a friend who has been dealing with Rene Poche at Lakeside Toyota for 10 years and he was referred by another friend who has been dealing with Rene for over 20 years! After meeting Rene and working with him on purchasing a new vehicle for my wife through one of our businesses I now understand why. This was the easiest and best experience I have ever had in purchasing any car from the minute I walked into the showroom. In dealing with Rene there was no pressure and no haggling back and forth on the price. He asked a few questions to get a reference of what we wanted and he took the time in showing us several vehicles. He got the price just where we wanted to be within just a few minutes and I never felt rushed to get the deal done. Dealing with Luis in completing the finance paperwork was a very easy process as well and upfront with no surprise charges which is rare. Cameron took plenty of time going over all of the vehicle features and how to navigate through all of the systems to make sure we understood what the car had to offer. I will only be dealing with Rene and the Lakeside team on every car and truck I purchase in the future! My only regret is that my friends didn't tell me about Rene and Lakeside Toyota years ago which would have saved me a lot of car buying grief and money along the way!! Way to go Lakeside! Kudos! More
