Our salesman Louie had our car pulled up to the front of the dealership before we arrived which was nice since it was so cold. Test drive went great and Louie explained the car well. The gentleman in finance explained all our options which we appreciated. The gentleman who explained the interior instrument panel was very knowledgable. Josh drove home with us to pick up our trade so that expedited the whole process as we weren't totally prepared to buy a car that day and didn't have our trade with us. We thought we were probably just going to look at cars that day but after seeing our sweet, pampered GL 450 we knew we better jump on the opportunity of owning a beautiful classic Mercedes before it sold to someone else! We really appreciated the entire team at Littleton Mercedes who made our buying experience very pleasant and efficient! More
