Luis Ramos Was easily the best finance person to deal with. However, the vehicle I purchased did not have all the floor mats and when trying to contact the sales rep, Ray Hsain, to help with this I have with. However, the vehicle I purchased did not have all the floor mats and when trying to contact the sales rep, Ray Hsain, to help with this I have not gotten a response after multiple follow-up’s over the course of 3 weeks. Seems once he got my money he stopped caring. More

Used vehicle sales manager Kai and salesman Ray were excellent as well as finance director Luis. Corbin also did an excellent after sales job. Other sales people at the dealership were not as good. This seems like a management issue on assignment of walk in assignments rather than a reflection of the actual sales person. More
