I did the 100000 mile recommendations and I had a problem fixed with the DEF system. Spent $5,000.00 and they did not reset the oil change counter. And they did not even do a car wash on the outside of the v fixed with the DEF system. Spent $5,000.00 and they did not reset the oil change counter. And they did not even do a car wash on the outside of the vehicle. And I had appointment for the vehicle and was days later that they could even look at it to tell me what was wrong - why the engine light was on and there was a count down on ignitions. I had to keep calling to find out the problem. I understand waiting for it to be completed- but waiting days for someone to look at it- when I had an appointment- I don’t think this is great service But they did fix my problems and they were nice and friendly. More
